Calcium is looking for a strong Senior Project Manager (SPM)/Project Manager (PM) with Pharmaceutical experience to join our already fantastic team! Our SPM/PM Managers are energetic and committed to holistically managing a complex array of integrated tactics, ranging from the small-scale to large-scale, as a cohesive unit. The SPM/PM is responsible for management timelines/budgets/forecasts and drives both traditional and digital projects from conception through to implementation. Attention to detail and consistency are important, but common sense is critical. The SPM/PM is the problem-solving partner to the agency for all things logistical, leading the agency team to meet its deliverables with both decisiveness and confidence.
The SPM/PM is proactive, exhibits a can-do attitude, holds a sense of urgency and willingness to take on additional tasks.. The SPM always projects a calm, positive attitude toward peers and conveys confidence without over-promising expectations. The right candidate will seek to build strong relationships across agency disciplines.

Candidates must have 5+ years agency pharma account management experience and be able to demonstrate the following:
- Management of pharmaceutical brand in an agency environment
- Launch, med/legal, and FDA 2253/OPDP submission experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask and handle stressful situations and deadline pressures
- Willing to be flexible
- Problem solver
- Must demonstrate business and financial savvy and responsibility
- Strong understanding of the digital space as well and experience in print and multimedia
